We are fully insured. The plan requires a one-time deposit to start, no contract required. Payments are monthly with invoices sent on the 30-31st of each month. Grass is mowed every 10 or 14 days based on customer preference, including mowing in the yard and front of the house, edging around the property, entrances, sidewalks, and property borders. Blowing services include entrances and roads only. Complete leaf blowing depends on the chosen plan. The deposit covers initial mulch placement and weed cleaning.
